Social Enhancement

The humanitarian and social enhancements are the key impact of the Foundation's mission. To operate this commitment, a generation program with terms of 25 years or more has been designed to implement a sustainable improvement agenda and to secure support, freedom and hope for people.

Based upon the Foundation's deep understanding of needs of societies, it is therefore, the Foundation’s aim to provide serious solutions to creating and managing employment and job opportunities in a local context to stabilize labor markets and limit further emigration into Western countries.

The Foundation focuses its social enhancement agenda, to

» Allow access to education for all children despite cultural differences;

» Provide direct employment by the Foundation’s programs and indirect by the entrepreneurship supported by the Foundation;

» Implement fair-trade principles to allow growth of rural suppliers for investments and employment of manpower;

» Create private wealth to secure family values;

» Implement sophisticated social services on a corporate level for employees;

» Convert educational skills of people into work perspectives to serve domestic needs than having the wish to emigrate after graduation. It also needs to rethink national education programs & job measures to weigh academic and handcraft job skills to economic reality and to create attractive job opportunities.

Economic Deed

The Foundation’s economic deed has been designed to overcome the below formula:

“Without establishing profitable businesses, there is no viable long-term job creation. Consequently, no social peace can be established, and the civilian and humanitarian disasters will continue.”

As a result of the above, the Foundation is committed to being engaged in the economic development of profitable entities, which will be transparent and in line with international standards and regulatory requirements. Working in close co-operation with domestic job development programs to promote and improve employment opportunities, these entities additionally benefit from the integrated business networks that span several continents. The available structure effects also positively and changes the way business is undertaken in local economies in the future with the entities offering greater competitiveness, transparency, improved quality and added social-economic benefits.

Find below the Foundation's economic deed agenda:

» Create profitable businesses in the field of agriculture (production & distribution), construction and infrastructure upgrading (slums), renewable energies and the equity holding in the Foundations supporting tools to secure timely and high-quality completion of projects;

» Establish local job centers with interim training opportunities as a bridge for temporarily employment of skilled and unskilled people to prepare them entering into the labor market;

» Run Knowledge Cities for academic and handcraft education as conduits to educate people to become entrepreneurs, prepare their businesses and plans while studying for the immediate establishment of their small-medium enterprises upon graduation;

» Revitalize rural areas with employment to solve urban problems that led into the slum’s creation at city agglomerations and being the center for development of infections, crime, etc.;

» Help people and countries to establish small-medium enterprises and to strengthen the middle class as a main pillar of viable economies.
